1. Information we collect

We collect your email address when you join the waitlist or contact us. When you become a customer, we also collect billing information (processed securely by Stripe) and the messaging platform credentials needed to set up your OpenClaw instance.

2. How we use your information

We use your email to send launch notifications, product updates, and service communications. We never sell your email or personal data to third parties. Your platform credentials are stored encrypted and used solely to maintain your OpenClaw instance.

3. Data retention

Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Customer data is retained for the duration of your subscription and 30 days after cancellation. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@openclawhq.io.

4. Cookies

We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use our site. These are analytics-only and contain no personal identifiers. You can opt out via your browser settings.
