1. Service description

OpenClawHQ provides fully managed hosting for OpenClaw AI agent instances. We operate the server infrastructure, apply updates, and maintain uptime. We are not affiliated with the OpenClaw open-source project.

2. Acceptable use

You may use OpenClawHQ for personal and commercial purposes that comply with the terms of connected messaging platforms (WhatsApp Business Policy, Telegram Terms, etc.). You may not use the service for spam, illegal activities, or violations of third-party terms of service.

3. Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers if you are not satisfied with the service.

4. Uptime and liability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) or your chosen AI provider. Our maximum liability is limited to your most recent monthly fee.

5. Changes to terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
